Syntax

Learn the command syntax used throughout Kyro.

Duration Format

Durations are formatted as a number followed by a unit:

  • s - Seconds (e.g., 30s)
  • m - Minutes (e.g., 5m)
  • h - Hours (e.g., 2h)
  • d - Days (e.g., 7d)
  • w - Weeks (e.g., 1w)

You can combine units: 2d3h = 2 days and 3 hours

Mentions

When a command requires a user, role, or channel, you can use:

  • Direct mention: @user, @role, #channel
  • ID: 123456789012345678
  • Name: username (partial match supported)

Command Flags

Some commands support flags for additional options:

.ban @user --reason breaking rules --delete 7
  • --reason or -r - Reason for the action
  • --delete - Days of messages to delete (ban)
  • --silent or -s - Don't DM the user

Lists

Many commands have a list subcommand that shows entries with IDs. To remove an entry, use remove select:ID
