01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Kyro, its associated bot application, APIs, features, commands, documentation, and the web dashboard located at kyrobot.xyz (collectively, the “Service”).

By inviting Kyro to a Discord guild (server), executing bot commands, accessing the web dashboard, or otherwise interacting with the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and possess full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service and remove Kyro from your Discord servers.

02Description of Service & Modifications

Kyro is a Discord utility and management bot that provides moderation tools, custom leveling and engagement cards, dynamic voice channel management (Voice Master), support ticketing, automated welcome/leave notifications, vanity status tracking, and server analytics.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We continuously update and refine our features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, update, or discontinue any feature, command, or the entire Service at any time without prior notice or liability.

03Server Administration & Authority

If you add Kyro to a Discord server or configure its permissions on behalf of a server, you represent and warrant that:

• You possess Administrator permissions or sufficient authorized ownership rights within that Discord server.
• You agree to bind both yourself and the guild you represent to these Terms.
• You will not configure Kyro in a manner that bypasses or infringes upon Discord member privacy or Discord Developer Policies.

04Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not misuse the Service or assist, encourage, or enable others to do so. In particular, you must NOT:

05Premium Services & Subscriptions

Certain features, elevated limits, and cosmetic perks may require a paid premium subscription or donation (“Premium Services”).

• Billing: Premium features are billed on a recurring or fixed basis according to the plan selected at checkout through our authorized payment processors.
• Non-Transferability: Premium perks are tied to the specific user account or designated server and may not be resold, rented, or traded.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the management portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the active billing cycle.
• Refunds: All purchases are subject to our standard Refund Policy.

06Termination, Suspension & Blacklisting

We reserve the absolute right, in our sole discretion and without liability or prior notice, to:

• Temporarily suspend or permanently blacklist any user, guild, or role from executing commands or accessing the dashboard.
• Remove the Bot from any Discord server that violates these Terms or Discord’s Community Guidelines.
• Revoke access to premium features in cases of fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or abusive behavior.

07Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary code, branding, logos (including the Kyro rabbit emblem), UI components, graphics, documentation, and database schemas are the intellectual property of Kyro and its development team. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to our trademarks or copyrights.

08Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM DATA LOSS OR DELAYS.

09Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL KYRO, ITS CREATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR SERVER DISRUPTIONS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10Amendments to Terms

We may periodically amend or update these Terms to reflect operational improvements, legal obligations, or new features. When changes are made, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Continued use of Kyro following any modifications constitutes your formal acceptance of the updated Terms.
